We have heard this kinda hiding behind ethnic skirt when TPLF was the maker and shaker of the political and economic order in the country. The PM has always been very clear about his preferences of support base from the get go. It is the "confused in their camp" according to Obo Shimeles , who didn't grasp the plot and stood to negate the pretension by the PM. Now that the merits of the move by the PM is clearly demonstrated by what is being implemented on the ground, the presumed support base is convincingly coming to the fold. Whether this will guarantee to perpetuate the OPDO hegemony is soon to be seen.
