If there is justice, independent court and independent criminal justice system, Shimelis Abdissa should be taken into custody. The lawyers of EOTC indicated the regional government, police is sued. This means Shimeles Abdissa. He could be above PP's law, but he can not be above the verdict of God for he has so much innocent blood on his hand for long.
