Loool as if they weren't speaking Amharic for over a century already like us Oromo's have? My family all speak multiple Ethiopian languages: Afaan Oromo, Amharic, Somali, Gurage, etc, it's an asset and a good thing, not a bad thing.

The alphabet we use now and the one posted by nobel agame is not Geez. It is Amharic Alphabet. In this case the Amharic Alphabet is being used to write geez. The geez alphabet died about 6000 years ago. Yes, the geez is kind of similar with Amharic.
