This would have been the right time to just resign and be clean. You can’t have it both ways. It is too late as he will soon be kicked out from the government because of Issias. With that he will end his political career. His base, the foolish diaspora crowd has dropped him like a hot potato. He has no base in Ethiopia. They don’t like his
opportunistic character. Travelling to Mekele or the UN in NY or Geneva won’t change anything. He is irrelevant.
