So basically what he is trying to say is TPLF can't do anything to force EDF and Fano armies out from Tigray. This is because the remaining TPLF forces are being disarmed and are currently congregating in rehab centers
He is hoping the Federal government will ask the two forces to vacate Tigray at some point in the near future.As for his claims of "crimes" perpetrated by EDF and Fanos against Tigreans, he cannot convince ever a 5 year old child.
