I real think Abiy doesn’t want the rodents completely wiped as Shaebia wants it. There will no peace in the horn unless the TPLF is completely distroyed and ALL its military and political leadership are either captured or killed. Abiy is too passive to be a country leader living in this volatile region. Ethiopia needs a strong and decisive leader as PIA is otherwise, it is risking being completely disintegrated by the West.
