Tigreans are Ethiopians, they have the freedom to choose whom to have an affair with. There are many tigreans intermarried with all other ethnic groups in the country. I have myself a family member who is married to a tigrean woman and has got children from the marriage.
I also know many Tigrean intermarried with Amhara, male and female, and leading a very successful life together.
How on earth is that Amhara is going to " impregnate" [Sic] tigrean woman be culpable suddenly?
If that is not culpable then the premeditated infection with HIV is simply a make it up and disseminated by someone considering himself a university professor. A disgrace!
