I already have concluded that there will be the 4th and may be the final round of war that will make or break TPLF or Ethiopia. TPLF isn't a party that one can make peace with. They are plotting and planning and hopping for the Feds to go after Fano and EDF. The Abiy forces going after Fano is much expected to happen very soon.
The Federal forces that are incapable or unwilling to saving civilians in Dera and Wellega will once again be flooding Amhara region to murder fanos. The tone from Julla's briefings and the subtle indication of who the parties are that he has in mind to detract the "peace agreement" is very telling. The tribal ideology promoted by Abiy is much aligned with that of TPLF's destructive politics which frames the pro unity camp as enemy. The fight between the two tribalists is only about who should be on the top of the food chain and has nothing to do with dragging the country outta its current morass, hence they can never co-exist.
