For TPLF no matter it tries to operate autonomous, independent & in control of it's own destiny, it is limited by the fact that Tigray is not a sovereign state and part of Ethiopia obliged by law to be under the jurisdiction of Ethiopia. For Isaias/ Shabia no matter it tries to be involved in the Ethiopian affairs it is limited by the fact that Eriteria is a sovereign country and it cannot interfere into the internal affairs and compromise the sovereignity of Ethiopia.The best strategy that could have been beneficial for both is to ally and work together.
