What would give the cadres one or two sleepless nights?

The fact that you thought of this speaks volumes about your state of mind. My advice to Agames is to take a break; a cruise would be ideal. Get totally disconnected. Don't even take your phone with you. Read a book or two about WW2 especially about what happened to the Germans and Japanese. They have not only recovered but have done wonderfully after the catastrophic defeats they suffered. You Agames are in a much better position to recover. A week of that kind of therapy will get rid 60% of your grief. The 40% will linger for a long time. Accept it as the inevitable outcome of collective Agame stupidity!
