War is always destructive. Peace is everything to the poor and destitute. I like the peace deal but after the TPLF propaganda, this is hard sell in Tigray because of the destruction and the human loss experienced.
On the other hand, did these people below fly all the way to South Africa in a CIA provided airplane carrying a white flag for surrender, and to sign a document without any preconditions?
Where is all the bravado of "hisab enweraredalen"? Is the TPLF going to get Raya, Welqait, Irob, Badme ... Go back and look the South African TV video clips, Getachew and Tsadqan were very eager to sign anything about the official surrender.
Tsadaqan and Getachew cannot even wait a day. They flew this morning to Addis Ababa on Ethiopian Airlines, and they are staying in Sky Hotel to finish the formalities of surrender. They did not even bother to consult the TPLF political office in Mekele.
