ለምሳሌ እስከ አንቀጽ 11 ድረስ ያሉትን ዝርዝር ስምምነቶች ውስጥ ሳንገባ አንቀጽ 12ን ብቻ እንመልከት ፤

"Article 12 – Good Faith Implementation

1) The Parties undertake to implement this Agreement in good faith and to refrain from any action that undermines and/or is inconsistent with the spirit and letter of this Cessation of Hostilities;
2) The Parties shall promote the objectives of the Cessation of Hostilities.

Article 13 – Joint Statement and communications

1) The Parties shall issue a joint statement on the importance of this Agreement and their joint commitment to work towards peace and stability in the country;

2) The Parties commit not to make any unilateral statement, in any form, that could undermine this Agreement;

3) All public statements, in any form, by the Parties shall support the Agreement and prepare the ground for implementation."

የዚህ ድርድር መሳካትና መክሸፍ የሚወሰነው በትግበራው ነው፤ በኢምሊሜንቴሽ ።

ይህ ትግበራ የሚነዳው፣ የሚፈጸመው በምንድን ነው? በ Good Faith!

Good Faith ምንድን ነው? Good faith means Honesty or Sincerity of Intention.

What is Honesty? Honesty is uprightness, honor, or integrity .

What is Sincerity? Sincerity is the quality of being Free from Pretense, Deceit or Hypocrisy.

What is Intention? Intention is aim, a plan, a purpose .

እናሳ የትህነግ ፕላን ምንድን ነው? የብልጽግና ፕላን ምንድን ነው? የትህነግ ፕላን አቢይን ከስልጣን ማውረድ ነበር! አሁን አዲሱ ፕላኑ ምንድን ነው? የትህነግ አላማ ወይም ፕላን ድብቅ ነው! ወይም ሌላ ቦታ እንዳኩት ባዲስ መልክ ለመደራጀት ነው! ወይም መንግስት ውስጥ ገብተው የውስጥ ኩዴታ ለመውጋት ነው!!


አቢይም ቢሆን ሁልግዜ የሚናገረውና የሚሰራው የሚቃረኑት አላማው ወይም ፕላኑ ድብቅ ስለሆነ ነው።

ስለዚህ የዚህ ስምምነት መተግበርን የሚያረጋግጥ፣ የሚዳኝ፣ የሚያስገድድ ምንም ሃይል የለም ። ትህነግና ብልጽኛ በተፈጥሮ dishonest, deceitful, insincere ሆነው እያለ ስምምነቱን በእምነት ይፈጽሙታል የሚለው ቀልድ ነው !!

Since when have tribal politics been a fertile ground for virtues of honesty, uprightness, honor, and integrity? What they talk about behind closed doors is a conspiracy against other groups, how to marginalize, divide, and dominate; When they come out to give a press conference, they all mouth off about multinationalism, brotherhood, nationalism, etc. In the dog-eat-dog world of tribal politics, there is no higher principle other than looting in the name of one's tribe. Weyanes did it, now the new Oromo tribal overlords are doing it. However, the new tribal overlords think they are more sophisticated, and better equipped to achieve what the previous one failed to accomplish. Doing the same thing and expecting different results is Insanity. Hi when one is tribal insanity is justified !

article 3(5) states:
"5) The Parties agree to restore the presence of federal authority in Mekelle in order to create a conducive environment for the resumption of public services in the region as well as to ensure the safety of the inhabitants of the city. ይህ ማለት ጥምር ጦሩ በዉጊያ መቀሌ ሊገባ ይችላል፣ በዚህ ስምምነት መሰረት አለዉጊያ መቀሌ ይገባል ። ማሸነፍ ማለት ይህ ነው ። የጦርነት አላማ ፖለቲካ ነው በቃ!

መቼም ያለንበት ዘመን ያስገርማል። የዛሬው የትህነግ ና አቢይ 10 ገጽ ስምምነት ለሚያነብ ሰው ብዙ አስገራሚ ነገሮችን ያስተውላል ። ለምሳሌ የዚህ ስምምነት ዋና ፍሬምወርክ ወይም መመልከቻ ቅንፍ፣ መተኮሪያው መስኮት "ሰሴሽን ኦፍ ሆስቲሊቲስ" ይባላል፤ እሱም "ፈጽሞ ጥል ማቆም" ማለት ነው ። ሆስቲሊቲ ጠላትነት ማለት ነው። ጠላት ጥል የሚፈጽም ሰው ነው። ጠላት የወዳጅ ተቃራኒ ነው ። ጥል ደሞ ብዙ አይነት መገለጫ አሉት ። አንድን ሰው መጥላት ጥል ነው። ድብድብ ጥል ነው ። ጦርነትም ጥል ነው ።

እንግዲህ ልብ በሉ ትህነግና ብልጽግና የቋንቋ ሊቃውንታቸውን አማክረው (ዲያቆን ክብረት) ፈጽሞ ጥል ማቆም የሚል ፍሬወርክ ወይም ቅርጸ ግብር ቀረጹ ማለት ነው ። ሁለት ቡድኖች ሲዋጉ ወይም ሲደባደቡ አቁሙ ማለት ይቻላል ። ግን አቢይ ጌታቸውን ከጠላው እንዴት ነው አቁም የሚባለው? ስለዚህ በሃሳብ መጣላት፣ በስሜት መጣላት፣ በእምነት መጣላት በትዕዛዝ በህግ የሚቆ ነገር አይደለም ።

ይህን ይህን የመሰሉ ሽውራራ ጽንሰ ሃሳቦችን ኮንሴፕቶችን ሰባስቦ ነው የድርድር ስምምነት የሚሉት ። ጥል ፈጽሞ ሊቆም አይችልም ። ጠብ የሚታይ ግጭት ነው፤ ጠብ መንጃ የሚባለው ለዚህ ነው ። ጠብ ፊዚካል ዉጊያ፣ ግጭት፣ ድብድብ ነው ። ጠብና ትላቻ አንድ አይደሉም ።

ታዲያሳ ይህ ድርድር ፈጽሞ ጥል ማቆም ሲል ምን ማለቱ ነው? ሙሉ በሙሉ መዋደድ ማለቱ ነው? ወይስ ፈጽሞ ጠብ ማቆም ማለቱ ነው? ሙሉ በሙሉ ግጭትና ድብድብ ወይም ዉጊያ ማቆም?

ይህ ነው ሴጣኑ ያለው በዝርዝሩ ውስጥ ነው የምንለው!!!
