The retard Debretsion believed good faith from the fascists Abiy and Issayas. BTW, this is not the first time to fool the homeless dog, Issayas fooled him at the start of the war by promising Eritrea will not join the war, Abiy promised him to do every thing to revive peace and left Debrebrhan, now they want to implement good faith peace accord from the two most liars on earth Issayas&Abiy.
