Who is going to disarm woyane? and who is going to monitor the disarmament? what are the time frame of this disarmament?

The nobilities have many awful experience when we have dealt with woyane during the last 27 years, what we learned is, they never come to the roundtable with good intention and in good faith but to delay and buy time and thereby regroup and strength their position and then attack. For example.

I have no much appetite to foretell everything in a light of negativitiy, but with regard to the future govenment of the region, there will be an election to be conducted according to the constitution of the contry and supervised by the national election board.

For the first time in its history TPLF will going to take part in an election that is to be overseen by an independent body, this is a progress in my view.
