That sector also belongs to the other qualification of being "minority" in the country.
There are other minorities who didn't qualify for the other attribute of historical disadvantage, thses sectors are now being instrumentalized to repell the legislation under the pretext of it's "discriminatory".
Did I miss something here in my perception?
I lost 1000 $ before years, and somebody promises me to compensate my loses to some extent, but a fellow citizen with the same living condition with me today demands I shouldn't get the compensation, else I will be richer than the fellow.
