If they threaten with "appropriate measures" the right term is an imposition and neither the so called observer role will warrant the body for such an authorization.

Ethiopia is caught in the middle of geopolitical competition between the United States and China and as a landlocked country with a weak economy that is caught between these two powers, there is no easy way out.
The United States is simply using Tigray as a tool to destabilize Ethiopia.
