The ethiopian army controls 98% of tigrai region,no need to negotiate with loser shifta tplf or it's boss usa.
Why is the ethiopian government wasting it's money and time with the useless america sponsored fake peace talks. Ethiopia must walk out of this already dead peace talks with shifta tplf and their master usa.
