በኢትዮጵያ መንግስት እና በህወሓት መካከል የሚደረገው የሰላም ንግግር ተጀመረ – ኢትዮጵያ ኢንሳይደር

በደቡብ አፍሪካ አስተናጋጅነት የሚካሄደው የኢትዮጵያ የፌደራል መንግስት እና የህወሓት የሰላም ንግግር ዛሬ ማክሰኞ ጥቅምት 15፤ 2015 መጀመሩን የደቡብ አፍሪካ ፕሬዝዳንት ቃል አቀባይ ቪንሰንት ማግዌንያ ተናገሩ። የሰላም ንግግሩ እስከ መጪው እሁድ ጥቅምት 20 እንደሚዘልቅ ቃል አቀባዩ ገልጸዋል።

“ፕሬዝዳንት [ሲሪል] ራማፖሳ የደቡብ አፍሪካ መንግስት በኢትዮጵያ ፌደራላዊ ዴሞክራሲያዊ መንግስት እና በትግራይ መካከል የሚካሔደውን በአፍሪካ ኅብረት የሚመራ የሰላም ንግግር እንድታስተናግድ በመመረጧ ክብር ተሰምቷቸዋል” ሲሉ ቃል አቀባዩ ለጋዜጠኞች ተናግረዋል።


ፕሬዝዳንት ሲሪል ራማፖሳ ደቡብ አፍሪካ የሰላም ንግግሩን እንድታስተናግድ ስትጋበዝ “ያለ ማቅማማት ተስማምተዋል” ያሉት ቪንሰንት ማግዌንያ፤ እንዲህ አይነት ንግግር አፍሪካ “ደህንነቷ የተረጋገጠ እና ግጭት የሌለበት አህጉር” እንድትሆን ከሚሻው የአገራቸው የውጭ ግንኙነት ፖሊሲ ዓላማ ጋር የተስማማ እንደሆነ ገልጸዋል።

ቃል አቀባዩ “አውዳሚ” ላሉት የትግራይ ግጭት “ሰላማዊ እና ዘላቂ መፍትሔ ለማፈላለግ” የተጀመረው የሰላም ንግግር፤ በቀድሞው የናይጄሪያ ፕሬዝደንት ኦሊሴጉን ኦባሳንጆ አመቻችነት የሚካሄድ ነው። በሰላም ንግግሩ የቀድሞው የኬንያ ፕሬዝዳንት ኡሁሩ ኬንያታ እና የቀድሞዋ የደቡብ አፍሪካ ምክትል ፕሬዝዳንት ዶክተር ፑምዚ ለምላምቦ “በደጋፊነት” ይካፈላሉ።


“ደቡብ አፍሪካ ለአመቻቺው ቡድን መልካሙን ትመኛለች” ያሉት የደቡብ አፍሪካ ፕሬዝዳንት ቃል አቃባይ፤ የሰላም ንግግሩ “የእህት አገር ኢትዮጵያ ህዝቦችን ሁሉ ወደ ዘላቂ ሰላም የሚመራ ስኬታማ ውጤት” ያመጣል የሚል ተስፋቸውን ገልጸዋል። (ኢትዮጵያ ኢንሳይደር)

It is over but then a weak PM and conspirators are trying their best to snatch the victory from the victorious.

Allowing these thugs to escape from justice to enjoy looted money in retirement is a crime by itself.

End the war decisively. Bomb all terrorist hiding places intensively for 3 days. Announce the war is over, declare a temporary state of emergency and appoint an interim leader in Tigrai.

-declare amnesty to all soldiers excluding higher ups in exchange for weapons. Add a little bit of incentives like rehabilitation, training and settlement.

-offer a huge cash reward for those who capture and hand over the terrorist leaders to the interim government. Believe me the people will get these thugs.

There is no victory but destruction for the Banda Ethiopian Army, Eritrean Army, Galla Army, Amhara Army in Tigray where their dead bodies are all over Tigray landscape next to burnt out military trucks,tanks, artillery.

You wouldn't have wrote this thread if you had seeing the destroyed Ethiopian Army, Eritrea Army etc etc in Tigray.

Still you didn’t get it. It is a losing war for the Tigrains. Even this PM finds a way to screw it up, there is no way Tigrai will survive this.
It is over.
Our concern is that the prolonging of the suffering of innocent people in the region. Tigrai has lost one million people (1/3 of the population), if the war continues you will lose more.
