Letter to international diplomats announcing formation of the 𝐀𝐦𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐚 𝐏𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞'𝐬 𝐍𝐞𝐠𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 to represent Amharas in peace talks to end the war in Northern Ethiopia and bring lasting peace.

The delegation includes:

During the overthrow of Mengistu the only people allowed to sit in negioations were EPLF TPLF and OLF no Amhara was represented

This time the tables are between OPP and TPLF with no Amhara included

so its good to have Amharas be able to join the discussion because the past 30 years Amharas had no representation.

But we cannot say peace to them without being equal to TPLF in military strength. Amhara must be armed just as any other federal state and its own people must be able to defend themselves. So then there can be peaceful discussions.

If TPLF can wise up it will stop the war and maybe be allowed to administrate Tigray without shire. But even that is shaky grounds thus there is no trust between amhara and TPLF because TPLF is a terrorist organization it must accept peace or else their will be war in tigray all 2020s I do not wish for war to continue but as along as the TPLF elites do not help their own people through peaceful surrender there will be no chance of peace...

If TPLF elites surrender there will be no need for ENDF administrating mekele. The people of tigray can administrate themselves without ENDF and TPLF. Taking over all of Tigray through violence will not be a good application for future generations a simple path will bring peace and solutions.. The only target is TPLF folks like Getachew Reda Tsadkan Migbey must be handed over or given amnesty in Zimbabwe with Mengistu.
