Hopefully this war will be closed decisively. So far it has been handled very poorly.
To close it decisively announce a cash reward for those who capture the TPLF leaders alive and hand them over to ENDF.
A bounty operation seems primitive but it works well. It involves the population and gives them a sense of bride for getting rid off the Thugs.
Amnesty for low ranking commanders and regular militias in exchange for surrendering weapons.
