The pamphlet is dropped in urban areas and literacy rate in Tigray cities is >80%. In fact not everyone needs to read the pamphlet because it will spread like wildfire by word of mouth.

The message to the people is meant to warn them about the upcoming Armageddon so they distance themselves from military targets. If they decide to do otherwise & stick with the terrorists, they take full responsibility for all self-inflicted damages.

In other words the Tigray Woyane will have more pop up squatter KGs and Hospitals, they will keep crying foul and Western Media such BBC will echo fake news to beg global attention. By accident I stumbled on a junk news ( i.e. BBC, it is my junk channel), the fake news about Tigray source was Tewodros Adhanom, and a foreign paid troll Kjetil Tronvol. The pamphlets invite more vultures, it will more of a spoof than a help.
