I think you totally missing the point. This is not about supporting one people against another. The guests represent two Eritrean organizations that are on the side of people.
Their idea is different from Isayas and clique. Isayas worked with Weyane against Derg, then he supported OPDO against Weyane, now FANO against OPDO. I’m sure if he survives this war, he will play others against FANO. On and on. This confused anti Eritrea group is fundamentally anti Ethiopia, always playing one against another to God knows what for!
The guests and their organization realize this so they are trying to make Eritrea a good influence on its neighbors. Unlike Isayas that brought endless blood shade to Ethiopians, they are not against Ethiopians, actually, they help all Ethiopians. That’s what they are advocating for. Every time the two Tigrians are separated and in conflict, they drag every non Tigrians in both Eritrea and Ethiopia to hell. This is the problem they want to fix for all people.
I think Eritrea is a major factor in what goes on in Ethiopia. Most Ethiopians do not know the dynamics in Eritrea. I’m sharing important developments so Ethiopians are aware. Awareness is good, isn’t it?

You seem like your heart is in a good place but sometimes that’s not enough. Since you seem to be like the caring type, now do what is lacking in you. Work on your critical thinking and check your emotions from time to time, isolate yourself from attaching yourself from the problem and look at the big picture without bias. This won’t be easy and it’s a always work in progress.
Think of yourself as someone from far away place and try to analyze. This way, you can may be help bring solutions instead of harping on perceived problems that are really not problems but symptoms of problems. Try understanding root cause, then work on that. Think of it as a logical or scientific excercise. I think this is constructive.
Don’t dismiss the idea of the guests who are giving you solutions.

The root cause in my mind is the Tigrians were played by colonial Italy as a divide and rule strategy. Italy left ages ago but the ideas they instilled persist. (Some add that Ethiopian rulers played the same game on Tigrians - thinking it is key to stay in power.)
Most non Tigrian Eritreans & Ethiopians, you included, believe it benefits them to have the Tigrians at each other’s throats. This is fundamental miscalculation that’s taking our countries, Eritrea and Ethiopia to a vicious cycle of violence, poverty and disease affliction.
Let me explain by example why I say it’s a miscalculation, that even the non Tigrian Ethiopians (and non Tigrian Eritreans) are dragged into the Tigrian internal war. In the 2000 war, Non Tigrian Ethiopians sided with Ethiopian Tigrian against the Eritrean Tigrian. In the 2020 war, Non Tigrian Ethiopians sided with Eritrean Tigrian against the Ethiopian Tigrian.
Both wars brought poverty, depopulation, destruction of school and healthcare systems and endless social ills for generations to come to (the Tigrian and) to the non Tigrians who miscalculate helping one Tigrian destroy another Tigrian helps them. 2000 and 2020 are mistakes and I say learn.
The solution is for non Tigrian Eritreans & non Tigrian Ethiopians to stop helping one Tigrian go on in destroying the other Tigrian. The solution is the opposite: Don’t help the Tigrians who foolishly kill each other. Tell them, it’s not your fight. They will wake up I promise you. They only go to war because they figure they can have others take the heavy casualties.

That region is home to more than a dozen of ethnic groups but it is the Tigregna speaking ethnic group that is a chronic trouble makers. Non Tigrain Ethiopians wouldn’t really care what is going on between the 2 brothers if these spoiled lazy creatures didn’t always pointed their guns towards Ethiopia.
There is an alternative way of(a good one) benefiting from Ethiopia other than trying to outsmart, invade, steal and blackmailing Ethiopia.
