The simple fact is TPLF has the upper hand in terms of reputation , military power and strategic outlook to the future. TPLF could have entered Addis Ababa by the end of 2021 but it could have been chaotic & disastrous for TPLF and Ethiopia due to the fact that the country is highly polarized and TPLF was not accepted by the people of Ethiopia. It was an amazing agility and mobility from TDF to retreat to Tigray within few days with it's full force intact
