Located a short 125 miles from ever growing and expanding Addis Abeba, Gurage is literally a Bed Room suburbia of the Ethiopian Capital. In a few years, people will be able to live in the beautiful planned English Country side like Gurage hills, valleys and the massive Zebidar and be able work in Addis Abeba. 125 miles will be a 90 minutes drive on the scenic Gurage country.

I am saying all of this because Gurage is a strategically located beautiful God's land. Gurage is the gate way to the emerging economic power house - South west Ethiopia the land of the great Gibe and Omo and awe inspiring Gurage and Dawro mountains and national parks.

Gurage has mountains, forests, 14 rivers, national parks and we will create man made lakes from our rivers and ever growing rainfall due to our 10 year old reforestation end ecological care-taking!

Gurage has awakened never to go back to sleep again! ሰብኛ ማለቅ ዬሁን! ኬር ለኢትዮጵያ !!!
