Fano is not Lawless, Fano has perfectly obeyed the government until it asked for it to be disarmed! Do you think the thousands of Fanos that aided ENDF all over Amhara region should be disarmed?

You're right, I should have put "lawless" in quotation marks in relation to Fano, I was just reflecting his way of thinking.
