Every 3rd world country in Africa, if not all countries, does not produce its own military equipment. They get it from the white people

Regardless of the debt Ethiopia is in, money the west pored into Ethiopia has helped the country as much as it dunted the country. Which helping was not their intenstion at all!

Like i said before, the west never had plans to give money to Ethiopia, they were forced. They prevented Haile Selassie and Mengistu from borrowing money from the world bank.
Their first choise of cource is not to give but keep ALL Ethiopians poor for the same reason they spend billions in 99℅ of African countries which again is to keep them dependent on aid and loot their resources.

In the Ethiopian case, they gave free money and loans for their geopolitical needs, to loot natural resources and conquer Ethiopia that they were not able to forcefully do so for over 2500 years of continues attempt, particularly the Tewahido and Amara. That is where their focus is on for the case of Ethiopia.

Obviously, the returns for their investment in Ethiopia so far is basically a lose. They did not open the plants to extract the minerals and oil and they did not conquer the Tewahido and Amara which was the recipe to control the whole Ethiopia. They were able to export agricatural products though but the returns were close to nothing.

This is maily due to the existing historical, political and social structure of the people not being fragile pre tplf, making the corruption rate low and preventing mass production and export of the natural resources that we see in other African countries. In addtion, Tplfs were dirt poor vultures who wanted to control and loot the resources for its own use. So the west had to build the infrustuctres on their own and satisfy the tplfs need as well with the hopes of huge returns and qonquring the Tewahido and remove it's influence on the whole Ethiopia in order to prep the corrupted environment to loot and disintegrate Ethiopia at the end!

Their expenses for geopolitical need may so far have been achieved. But the trillions of Birr spent, like described above, is so far a lose! Which is why they were extremely aggressive to bring back Tplf.

So far we got their money and we have benifted. As the Bible says:

Yes, exactly. The Chinese built it, they are still doing it. And they are getting the return though. They employed their own professionals and in many cases their own labourers as well as making all fees paid to China. The young chinese are getting the site and design experiences on our expenses while our people are isolated from the professional design invironment and management. These are the facts.

China is benefiting and we are not benefiting directly.

We are benefiting indirectly! When the right time comes the great Ethiopians at home and the diaspora geniuses will take it over!

The west export rate to Ethiopia has continuely grew over the last decade to approximately 35% to 40%. This is huge investment for them. They had to spend on services and increase demand in Ethiopia in order to maximize the export rate. So this is one reason they let countries borrow but they don't get the return unless the countries are developing somehow. It is a catch 22 for them. They want to keep you poor but reap benifts too.

Another major factor in the grand scheme of exploiting the poor, conquering and controling Ethiopia, they allowed the population to move to the west in millions. It is over 10 million diaspora outside Ethiopia now. The Chinese and Russians did not allow millions to move into their country, they don't have plans to control minds of each person on earth is one and the main reason.

The west focused on cultural conditioning of the whole world aggressivly for the past 5 decades. As a result, Ethiopia became the top African country the US immigration allowed into the country. The mass movement of Ethiopians to the west were excuted while the country was in peace during the Tplf era. There is an obvious reason for that. Westernized Ethiopia would help weaken the cultural, historical and the spiritual bonds that united Ethiopians for too long. They are partly now successfull with that ascpect. Ethics federalism is still intact. We have now people like Abiy who thinks white people are special as people, ነጮች የወንጌል አርበኞች ናቸው, this is the result they were hoping to see after all that investment.

But wait, major surprises are on the way for them with the heavy conflicts and diseases. Over all it will be a complete lose for them soon!!
