If you are Eritrean, why are you so involved in Ethiopia's affair?

Re: Ethio Telecom - User Guide (ORACLE ERP I-Supplier Portal)
Hope this was not in reaction to my previous post about the ICT and mentioning of EthioTelecom's lack of business process automation.
The man in the presentation doesn't seem to understand the difference between ERP (Enterprise Resource Planner) and SRM (Supplier Relation Management System). His presentation is about iSupplier and the content is also more of about interaction with the suppliers, not necessarily an ERP System's functionalities. Don't confuse SRM with SCM (Supplier Chain Management System, which covers not only the a single supplier but a chain of suppliers.)
He exposed the company is not implementing the systems efficiently, which might have caused still extra expenditures.
My reference in my post was about the company's interactions with its customers and this is supposed to be covered by yet another system called CRM (Customer Relationships Management).
You can't throw everything into the same pot and expect everything is done well.

It shouldn’t come as too much of a surprise that there is some overlap between ERP and SRM. While SRM functions as a place to store and organize all your interactions with suppliers, ERP focuses on increasing your business’ overall efficiency.
With an ERP system, you’ll likely be sharing and standardizing a lot of information with your team whereas SRM centers around sharing information with third-party vendors.
You could argue that, while they take different approaches, they both try to increase your business’ profits and cut costs.

Such kind of intersection is possible between the different systems, each mainly covering the different business areas, but not replacing each other, like the man was presenting.
