በእውነት የአማራ ክልል መንግስት እንድህ ልብ አግኝቶ ከሆነ የሚያስመሰግነው ነው። እንደት? ትናንት እኮ ነው የትግሬ-ወያኔዎች የሱዳን ሰንደቅ አላማ የትግራይ ሰንደቅ አላማ ነው - ከአማራ ሱዳን ይቀርበናል ስትሉ የነበራችሁ። ለአማራ ህዝብ እኮ የኤርትራ ህዝብ እጅግ ሲበዛ ወንድም እና እህቱ ነው። ምነው እናንተ በዚህ ጉዳይ ዐይናችሁ ደም ለበሰ? ያው ከጠማማው ልባችሁ ፈልቆ እንደ ጅረት የሚፈሰው ጥቁር ምቀኝነታችሁ ነው አይደል።

The Ethiopian constitution does not allow a local government to have a direct bilateral relationship with another country and that is one of the reasons it is not correct. The other issue is it also compromises territorial integrity , security and stability of Ethiopia. Personally I have been supporting deregulated and liberalized border between Ethiopia and Eritrea ( you could refer to my posting under " the strategy on the Eritrea issue" .

Tiago your comment is influenced by what I call Anti-Tigrayanism which is equivalent to Anti-Semitism. I firmly believe Tigray has to be part of Ethiopia but under new arrangement that will be defined through negotiation within the Oromia-Tigray core alliance frame work that is evolving.
