As the one former TPLF gestapo members recites the story " we apprehended all those Amhara people who seemed to resent the Tigre occupation of WelQaiyt. We put them in various prisons that were dug deep under ground. One day, the prison warden called the TPLF high ranking official Aite Sebhat Nega, and told him about the prisoners. Sebehat calmly asked how many prisoners were at the custody at that particular time which, the warden replied the number to be more than 59,000. Sebehat Nega then on the other end of the phone line, told the warden that TPLF do not have enough food to keep that many number of Amhara prisoners alive. He ordered the liquidation of all of them after taking any information that could be helpful for TPLF expansion in the area."
TPLF big wigs who are directly responsible for the genocide they perpetrated against the Amhara people are now enjoying immunity thanks to the current Gov't in Addis.
