Humanitarian Truce!
The opening statement claims the Ethiopian government has been allowing free passage of humaniterian aid , while the war was going on, which is not true and intended to protect the government against future litigation on war crime. Let us be optimistic that this time the Ethiopian government will stop playing with the life of innocent civilians. Isaias and his alliance partners from Amhara will be definitely very unhappy about the truce and will try their best to sabotage it.
