The concern is fake but the crime is real. The subtext of the message is consistent with Washington's duplicity approach to benefit from any misfortunes that occur to anybody. Of course, it's fake. Just look at the wording. "Fighters affiliated with the tplf", is a way of absolving it. Kinda saying, "it's not tplf but some rogue entity ATTACHED to it".

Temari, the problem with you and most Ethiopians is that USA is god and USA is a friend of Ethiopia. I watched Abiy's latest theatrical move and BS-ing his way out of the Ethiopian people. I am convinced Abiy will take Ethiopia to the bottom of the pit, unless some Ethiopia loving citizens stand up and get him out of there. You can not lead a poor country like Ethiopia while being Narcissistic, power hungry and Egotistical. He is just like his mentors, he always thinks how he can make the day and never tomorrow and the future is considered.
