He said OLF-Shene is not a fighting force with an army but a bandit without any goals and exactly this structure that Shene is not a fighting army makes it not easy to tackle the problem and needs the cooperation of the locals.

Thanks. But we hear quite often that "olf" training camps are known, including visual materials that show their training in action. Why there is no willingness to hit their camps? Besides, the local security forces are allegedly working with this terrorist group. Thus, the locals (civilians) will not dare to inform the local security. This says a lot.... and the response of the guy is another round of lie
