If scientific knowledge of parasitic energy/spirit attachment was widespread,in habesha community then people would respond to it quite differently and more appropriately. When a spirit/energy visits someone who is unaware of these matters then that person becomes frightened not just of the spirit but of everything around them. Millions of habeshs are suffering emotionally and physically for reasons unknown to them on a daily basis. Many underwent conventional and unconventional treatments, which didn't bring long lasting results. Some are able to cope with their emotional and physical pain; others are completely disable. Just like bacteria and parasites, spirits and dark entities attach to a human body to occupy, an energy or soul (life force) to feed off of, and a way to live through another person. Habeshas suffering from spirit attachment troubles are frequently blamed for attracting or creating their own problems,or do have done something wrong, or having bad spirit. This attitude is unfair and largely based on ignorance concerning how things work with parasitic spirits. Most of the victims are unsupported, blamed and judged and avoided and in general let down.
