Yes, charter planes from private companies (in this case eastafricanaviation.com) are way more expensive than Ethiopian Airlines regular flights (business/first class), no doubt about that but sometimes charter planes can be convenient to use especially to access remote areas and where the Ethiopian Airlines regular schedules are not convenient. Government institutions should use these services with care though as the costs can become out of hand.
