Tigray's Board of Telecommunication and Internet Services will provide high connectivity 5G internet to each household, schools, universities , hospitals, colleges and other centres. Public administration will provide online services. Visa on arrival service at all international air ports of Tigray will be available with nominal charge of US$5.00. Tigray's National Currency, "Aksumite" will be in circulation at exchange rate of 1 US Dollar to 5 Aksumite. The National Bank of Tigray will administer all currency transfers from Tigray and to Tigray. Besides Mekelle and Aksum International Airports, Government of Tigray will upgrade Shire Endselassie, Humera and Alamata Airports to International Level. Rail ways connecting most villages and towns of Tigray will be constructed. Western Tigray will provide rail way services to major towns of Sudan including Khartoum and Port Sudan.
