Of course they're not going to be happy. It changes nothing for terrorist tplf. Terrorist tplf is still quarantined in Tigray with no way out. Sebhat nega or kudsan nega aren't going to ease the pain. Tplf has become a laughing stock, irrelevant and incapacitated.
