There’s a difference between offering amnesty to elderly members of TPLF and declaring TPLF legal/saying no longer considered outlaw group who are officially a terrorist group.
He owes it to Ethiopian people and those who perished hunting what they considered were terrorists as well as the victims of TPLF to clarify his position.
