3. ህልዊ ኩነታት ኣብ ግምት ብምእታው፡ ኣብ’ዚ ተኣፋፊ ወርሓት ጥሪን ለካቲትን፡ ኣዝዩ ኣገዳሲ እንተዘይኰይኑ፡ ካብን ናብን ኤርትራ ዝግበር መገሻታት፡ ብዝተኻእለ መጠን ንኻልእ እዋን ክሰጋገር ይምረጽ።
