How come the US did not order its citizens to abondon Khartoum and evacuate Sudan
If the US feared the worst in Addis, despite Addis was peaceful, one would assume the US must be scared to death about the restive Khartoum.

- Interesting question! The Sudan also is home to some radical elements - ISIS returnees - who have a score to settle with the united states and the West in general.
