Amhara has the legal and moral obligation to recover all its stolen properties and bring all the criminal to face justice. The only means to bring back the looted properties, machineries, plants, equipment's , rapists etc. criminal is by going into Tigray and comb through every areas where the loot is stored or kept out of sight. That is correct! This is only possible by dismantling TPLF in the lawless Mekelle. Who can do that. ENDF/Amhara Fano should do the search, identify the criminals, bring them to face justice, neutralize those who don't cooperate.
