Tigray makes about 5% of the population in Ethiopia. However this is just a simple number. TPLF has never ruled Ethiopia without the consent of other groups in the population. Thus there has been no exclusion of non-Tigrayans in the decision making process in Ethiopia when TPLF-EPRDF ruled the country.

The disinformation campaign coming from the enemies of Ethiopia ( ie Abiy Ahmed and Issayas afeworki, is Tigray is 5% of the population and cannot rule Ethiopia. This is wrong. Tigray represents all Ethiopians because it addresses the problems of all Ethiopians. It has never been exclusively Tigrayan and has not disadvantaged non-Tigrayan Ethiopians. In the current war against the illegal government of Abiy Ahmed, TDF is getting support from all Ethiopians because it represents all Ethiopians as it has a just cause.
