The Gondare Amhara elites blamed their defeat in Dessie on sabotage by Tigrayan civilians that live in Dessie and they are using it as an excuse to persecute, arrest and kill Tigrayan civilians through out Ethiopia. Is Dessie the only place they lost war to TDF?
