The reason there are many tplf and olf within the society especially the Oromia region has the same intention as tplf in Tigray this is hard to bring consensus together. That is why the current government took its time until they realize Tplf is mobilizng within not only Amara but coming also to Addis and Oromia. What does this mean, they werent concerned until now? It was obvious from the beginning Tplf's plan and Olf's plan
