What happened to Debrich ? A week or something ago he appeared in a video in a triumphant mood laying down his pre-conditions for talks ( surrender or ! ) and now he is almost crying ( ለቅሶ-ንግገር ! ) and totally exhausted and short of breath. What happened ? Someone should have an explanation for his situation.
