The UNSC Should Send An Independent Inestigative Body To Find Out TPLF Take Over of UN Operations? Where Are The Tracks?

Is this asking too much? where are the 450 UN tracks? What were those expelled doing? What are the facts? Why is not that Guterres replacing employing? Is he also in the deal? This is what UNSC should instruct tomorrow?
