That is true. Atavism is one of the theories of criminal minds attributing crime to biology. Unlike other theories that attribute to socio-economic reasons as causes of crime, this one states criminals people are born with inferior qualities or defects or unevolved brain. In other words, the brain of these atavists have not yet fully grown and completed evolution from the primate animals or distant cousin of mankind such as Guerilla or Chimpanzees. Empirical studies based on postmortem investigation on the most notorious criminal skulls found that the inside structure of their skull is very different from regular human being's skull. In stead, these criminal skulls inside structure resembled more of those primate Apes and Chimpanzees - such as a hollow depression was found in their skull which triggers them to behave like barbaric beasts than acting decent human being. Thus, it is even difficult to tame them like a pet let alone living with people of incomplete evolution. No matter how much you spoon feed or spoil them, they can growl at you and kill. The TPLF are truly atavistic.

I wonder what would the postmortem examination of the chopped heads of several of the TPLF's colonels and generals in the Temebein desert looplike? I am pretty sure their skull remains breaks the records of prior criminals. Would I say, Dinknesh/Lucy/ might be more intelligent and human than TPLF? I guess I could be right.
