I do not know why you missed classifying Arsi, Bale and Harerghe Oromos and Aderes in a certain region. I hope you have not added them into your central Galla's administration.
Harerghe, Bale and Arsi along with Afar and Somali are the future of a single united administration of the Horn. The people in these regions have a common history and culture, and they are inseparable. 99.9% of them are also practicing Islam.
They will be under one state, Arabic will be the lingua franca, and Sharia will be the supreme law of the state. Everyone else respects the law of the land shall be free to come and live as a good citizen. Not happy with it, wrapping up his/her cottet and free to leave.

So what is that scares you if the Muslim population of eastern Ethiopia if they govern their region in accordance with their faith and custom?
