Amhara regional government must have a mechanized army unit (Defence). Eritrea can be called training new mechanized units as well as the ENDF. Amhara can no longer just have a militias while fighting mechanized troops ENDF needs to Arm Amhara Liyu with Mechanized weapons and Artillery. As Amhara region has 0 mechanized units while fighting wars against TPLF. All school and class in Amhara region should be cancelled for 2014. And train 9 million youths to its army. Amhara region should purely invest in military and military industries. Use up to 70% of its budget to buy a diverse amount of weapons.
Students both Boys and Girls 14+ should be called for training learn how to use a gun in school. In fact all schools in Amhara region should train Teenagers for self defence purposes. 14-22 years old will only be fighting if their town is invaded. Amharas above 22 should all be sent to destroy the enemies. Amhara activists and nationalists need to advocate for this!
