Abiy is begging EU and America diplomats to bring Tigray to the negotiation table and he is ready to pull all federal armies first and block all resources going to Amhara from federal and Amhara will give up. Sounds few times I posted what Abiy should do against Amhara, to deny Amhara any military assistance and let Amhara wage war alone if they wish to do so but the federal is not part of it. What we are hearing is Issayas already left Addis Ababa to Bahredare and all Amhara are concentrated in Amhara Bahredare and they left Addis ababa too. The federal high ranking from Oromia are joining the Oromo struggle including high ranking living in Addis Ababa and the same the Amhara high ranking military from federal are joining Amhara. Amhara and Oromo in prosperity party are leaving to their natural base but Addis Ababab seems controlled by Oromia for now.
