As long as Issayas is still breathing there will not be peace and the Eritreans are dead man walking at this stage, Tigray has to take full responsibility to get rid of him and bring back the people and revive peace over there and open the door to outside world too.

To central command and civilian leaderships, never expect a ceasefire from the two fascists who will be incremented at the ICC once the battlefield decides. For the two fascist ceasefire means let the international communities start genocide investigation and bring Issayas with his follower and Abiy and Amhara leaders to ICC. This is the reason you do not expect any kind of peace with them until Tigray dismantle one of them first then the second one will be gone by the first action. If Issayas is gone, Abiy will run away from the country or if Abiy is gone, Issayas will be dealt immediately.
